DEVELOPMENT OF A PREDICTIVE MODEL FOR HOME-BASED PALLIATIVE CARE IN ONCOLOGY The aim of this work is to develop predictive machine learning models for the duration and intensity of home-based palliative care, to be integrated into clinical practice in order to facilitate the planning of healthcare services through a data-driven approach, and to personalise care pathways based on patients’ needs.
